Dual Enrollment Process:

1. Prepare for the rigor of college courses by getting good grades, have good attendance, and develop good study skills

2. Register for DE course in your EDP through XELLO Course Planner

3. Read through Dual Enrollment Guidelines... updated January 2026 & Complete the DE SIGNATURE FORMS
        Required each year!!
        Student and Parent are required to complete this process.
        No Paperwork when completed online.
​        Students must log in with their shepherd bluejays e-mail account.

4. Meet with Mr. Ross to discuss scheduling
         Typical Scheduling Timeline for SHS Students:
                10th Grade = PSY 101, SOC101, HIS 101
                11th Grade = COM 101 (Speech), MAT 212 (Stats) &/or MAT 124 (PreCalc)
                12th Grade = ENG 111 & ENG 112,  BIO 103 & ENV 200 or PHY 105, MAT 107 (College Algebra) or       
                                       MAT 126 (Calc 1)

5. ​Complete the First time Dual Enrollment Mid Michigan College Application

6. Complete the Mid Michigan College NEW ACCOUNT SETUP. 
​          You will be notified at a later date when to complete the "New Account Setup".
