The ACE program was built off the foundation that a quality, life-changing education at Alma College should be accessible to students within the Gratiot, Isabella, and Montcalm counties (a student must either reside within or be graduating from a high school within these counties). As a recipient of the program, students will volunteer in several ways to ensure they are staying connected with the community. To know that we are providing access to the students that need it most, the program requires that students file a FAFSA to determine the level of financial need a student has.
If a student has not yet applied to Alma College, we are still reviewing applications and will contact them with an admissions decision within two weeks. After they are accepted, they will need to file their FAFSA by Monday, January 3 to be considered for the ACE scholarship. If they are eligible to apply, I will send them a direct link with the ACE application. ACE applications and letters of support are due by Friday, January 21 at 5:00 pm. |
